Ros is missing and Beckett, Alex and Ed are desperately searching for her. However, they find her car a river with some of her blood in it, and presume that she is dead. Beckett won't accept this, and sobs his little heart out at Ros' house. He ends up quitting from the bureau, to devote his time to searching for Ros.
